I thought people weren't supposed to remove the glass. How sad that it might be gone. I'm for finding glass naturally when on a beach but this is like hunting at the zoo.

I went there in 2013. Families were taking grocery bags and filling them with the glass and taking it. GROCERY BAGS! They were walking away with heaps and heaps of it. The beach was magnificent a decade or two ago, at the moment it is mediocre.... give it a few years and all will be lost. Seriously, what are you going to do with a grocery bag of glass at home? Look at it? Leave it on the beach for others to look at. Greed at it's worst.
